If your order is more than $89 (and you are shipping within the USA -- all 50 states plus Puerto Rico) then we include FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING as an option. If you choose the "free standard shipping" option, we will ship using the most cost effective method of our choosing. Please be aware certain items are excluded from free shipping due to their unusually heavy weights. Excluded items include waterstones, cutting boards, knife blocks, and steel bars. If free shipping does not show up as a shipping choice, you may be shipping outside the US, the total value of your order may be less than $89, or your order may include items that are excluded from free shipping.
We ship using USPS and FEDEX. For paid shipping options, we allow you to choose your carrier and shipping speed in the checkout menu. Our store is closed on Mondays so any orders placed after 5pm Sunday through Tuesday morning will ship the following Tuesday. We are open and ship on weekends! Please be aware that FedEx does not include weekends as standard delivery days.

High value orders or orders containing items that are more frequently stolen may require signature upon delivery. We regret that we cannot remove this requirement.
We ship to APO and FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Even if you choose a shipping option other than USPS, we will still ship it out using USPS Priority Mail.
Like most online companies, by verifying that the package is being sent to the billing address for the credit card used, we are able to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud. Orders shipping to an address other than the billing address of the credit card are subject to delays, verification emails/phone calls or cancellation. If we cannot verify the validity of the order, we may request your assistance to complete some additional verification steps, otherwise the order may be canceled. This is to protect both us and the credit card owner from fraudulent purchases using stolen card information.
We ship to virtually any country where the US government will legally allow us to send packages. Please know your local laws regarding illegal items and materials. We will contact you if we feel we cannot legally or safely ship the package to you, however please understand that we cannot be aware of laws in all countries. Please understand this may cause delays in shipping. Though we package items as safely and securely as possible, we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft caused by customs or border protection and cannot issue a refund in these cases. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on international packages as well as any taxes, import duties, and fees. Customers will also be responsible for shipping costs of any returns/exchanges or warranty work.

There are many different laws throughout the United States and around the world and we cannot be aware of all of them. It is your responsibility to be aware of the laws in your area and determine if the items are legal to have shipped to you. These laws may affect the type of knife, mechanism, length, materials and more. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was intercepted by customs, law enforcement, or other agencies.
